- ICT from first steps to OCR and OCN accredited courses in Spreadsheet, Database, Word Processing, Internet Access and Desktop Publishing etc.
- UK Online First Time OnLine (FTOL) tasters, ie E:Skills Passport and Initial Assessment on line
- Help with CV writing and Job Search
- Employment advice with support, link to major employers in the area
- A variety of Confidence Building workshops
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Business Administration and Customer Services
- IAG (Information, Advice and Guidance, in House and through Ufi/Learndirect Advice Line, in several major languages
- Leisure opportunities eg Hair & Beauty, Arts & Crafts, as an end in themselves or with embedded basic skills as a basis for progression to other options
- Stay and Play sessions/Crèche facilities
- Signposting to other providers and services
- Fundraising activities ie,
