  • ICT from first steps to OCR and OCN accredited courses in Spreadsheet, Database, Word Processing, Internet Access and Desktop Publishing etc.

  • UK Online First Time OnLine (FTOL) tasters, ie E:Skills Passport and Initial Assessment on line

  • Help with CV writing and Job Search

  • Employment advice with support, link to major employers in the area

  • A variety of Confidence Building workshops

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Business Administration and Customer Services

  • IAG (Information, Advice and Guidance, in House and through Ufi/Learndirect Advice Line, in several major languages

  • Leisure opportunities eg Hair & Beauty, Arts & Crafts, as an end in themselves or with embedded basic skills as a basis for progression to other options

  • Stay and Play sessions/Crèche facilities

  • Signposting to other providers and services

  • Fundraising activities ie,

    • Coffee Morning

    • Sponsored Walks

    • Social Events

    • Advertise for local businesses/organisations through our newsletter/website

    • Room and Equipment hire
